Area of semicircle

The following shape is made up of a square joined to a semicircle

If the area of the square is 4m2, what is the area of the semicircle? ___cm2 (to two decimal places)

It appears that the square is 2 m by 2 m so if the semicircle has one of the square's sides as diameter, then radius = 1 sq m and thus the area of the semicircle is pi/2.  You can compute that in decimal, if needed.
