Help me find my real rating

I am an Uber driver and try to understand my rating based on my last 500 trips :

Rating:  4.88 stars ( from a maximum of 5.00 stars )

Rated trips: 335 trips

5 star trips 93% => 312 trips

4 star trips 4% => ?

3 star trips 2% => ?

1 star trips 1% => ?

 

Is my 4.88 current rating accurate ?

Since only 335 trips (out of 500 trips) were rated, this is how 312 trips was arrived at, since 93% of 335 = 313.

Thus, to determine the number of trips that received the other ratings, you simple multiply the % by 335. Thus,,

4 stars = 0.04 x 335 = 13 trips

3 stars = 0.02 x 335 = 7 trips

1 star = 0.01 x 335 = 3 trips

So, yes, your rating of 4.88 is correct.
