This is a downward parabola with roots at x={2, 18}
If you factor -2x^2+40x-72, you should get 2 and 18 as the solution.
Any temperature less than or equal to 2 and greater than or equal to 18 will result in no fish population.
x = (-∞, 2] ∩ [18, ∞)
