price of car A after discount and rebate = 21000-(8% of 21000+ 900)

                                                         

                                                         = 21000-(1680+900)=$18420

 

Car B

15% discount

 

Price of car B after discount=21000-15% of 21000=21000-3150=$17850

 

So Car B is better option

18420-17850=$570

so car B is better option by $570
