This question appears to be translated to English. It is grammatically incorrect. From what I know of cats in Egyptian culture, I would say the answer is the last, but you can easily look this up on the internet, or in your class notes or textbook. I excluded the first three options because they appear to stand out from the last, and are vague. The second option doesn't make much sense. Why would cats gain acceptance when released? Released from what? From captivity? From being pets? The last option stands out as more specific, and is closest to what I recall about cats in Egypt.
