Perimeter question in yards expressed in feet

Ok, it's been 20 years since i have been in a math class:

 

The length of a rectangle is L yards and the width is W yard. Express the perimeter in feet.

You have the perimeter formula correct. All you have to do is to remember that EACH YARD is 3 feet. That means your answer is 3 times the answer for yards.
