Here's the question

The wind-chill factor tells how cold it feels with a specific wind speed. If the outside air temper is 15 degrees fahrenheit and the wind speed is 15 miles per hour, the wind makes it feel like it's -11 degrees fahrenheit. what is the difference between the actual tem and how cold it feels?

I got 26 degrees difference because 15-(-11)=15+11=26.

Melinda and Denzel like to walk around the lake by their house. It takes Melinda 15 minutes to walk around the lake. Denzel can walk around the lake in 18 minute. If they start at the same place and walk in the opposite directiona, how long will it be until they meet st their start point again?
