The equation in slope intercept form, would read, y = 0x + 5. The reason the x term drops out of the equation is because any variable multiplied by 0 is going to be zero, and drops out of the equation. Thus it is simply read y= 5. Since the slope is equal to zero, this graph would be seen as a horizontal line. Slope is equal to rise over run.

The equation for a line is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept (where x=0) if we look at the line you were given y=5 and compare it to the general equation we find b=5 and m=0. So the answer is 0.
