    26/2,5  books per hour     equals      x/10 books per hour

    26/2.5  books/hr         equals        x/10  books/hr

    26/2.5 = x/10

 

     10*26/2.5 = x                       [multiply both sides by 10]

                 [note: you may also cross-multiply]

      104 = x

 

At this same rate. 104 books would be sold in 10 hours.
