Hi Ashley! One of the ways you could tackle this problem is to start by converting the liters into milliliters.
1. Since there are 1,000 milliliters in a liter, the watering can holds 4,100 milliliters of water (4.1 times 1000).
2. Matt used 350 of those milliliters on each of 6 plants. So, multiply 350 by 6, then subtract that product from 4100.
3. Then, divide the result by 1000 to convert the measurement back into liters.
( 4100 - ( 350 * 6 )) ÷ 1000
