I think that there are a couple of errors in this problem. First, the word wind seemingly ought to have been wide.
Secondly, it is not specified what the size of the paper is, and furthermore, if the paper is to remain in the boxes, one would have to know the outside dimensions of the boxes in order to know how many boxes could be shelved, side by side. In any event, the width of each sheet of paper is important.
