Math word problem

I need help finding out how to solve this problem.

Last year, Bob worked 2041.49 regular hours at $10 per-hour, and 52.38 overtime hours at $15 per-hour. Additionally, Bob earned a commission of $18,208.12. What was Bob’s regular rate-of-pay, and overtime rate last year? In other words, if Bob works the same amount of hours this year, but does't earn a commission, what would Bob's hourly rate need to be, in order to equal the same amount of pay he received last year? I need to know the math problem that will solve this.
