SPEED WORD PROBLEM

a trimaran boat with a top speed of 28 knots, won the tournament cup in   2010.  its top speed is 4 knots more than 1.5 times the top speed of the winner monohull in the 2007 tournament. find the top speed of the monohull in the2007 tournament
