If (a-b)^2 + (b-c)^2 = 0.then prove that a=b=c.

The question is a proving type question of class 8 standard.

I left out a step after the 3rd line from the bottom.  Since it is very hard to edit a math problem in this format, I will add the step here:
 
-(b - c)2 ≤ 0
But -(b - c)2 = (a - b)2 ≥ 0
Then -(b - c)2 ≤ 0 and ≥ 0 at the same time
Then -(b - c)2 = 0, so b = c
Then (a - b)2 is also equal to 0, so a = b
