Can I start CBSE Board English Paper of class 12th with section C?If yes,will they cut marks for it?

I always prefer to start the english paper with literature portion because that's the known part and that's easy for me beacuse I have practised alot with it but I have a doubt that if I start with it in Board exam will the examiner those who check our papers will cut marks for it or not.
