I'm completely lost can someone explain this to me step by step.

 

Do I simplify the left power down to? And how do I do the right? -2(3x-3)

(5³)^{(6 - 4x)} = 5^{(x^2 - 5x + 28)}

 

5^{(18 - 12x)} = 5^{(x^2 - 5x + 28)}

 

 

Equate exponents.

 

18 - 12x = x² - 5x + 28

 

 

Now you can solve for x.
