How do you calculate delta[h2o2] using a reaction equation?

Question

This is a "Kinetics of Hydrogen Peroxide Oxidation of Iodide" lab, and the table requires me to solve for ΔH₂O₂ using a chemical reaction equation. I do not know how, and I need that to compute the rest of my lab.

 

H₂O₂+2I^-+2H⁺ => I₂+H₂O

The ∆H2O2 is equal to the ∆I2 but in a negative manner.  So -∆H2O2 = +∆I2.  If you provided the actual data, it would be easier to explain how to go about this.
