It's true--only one of these options is a correct answer.
To find out which one is correct, calculate the area and calculate the perimeter--tasks which you should be able to do.

Well i've done that but i'm still a bit confused
Because the Area is 48 and perimeter is 28.
which gives me 2 answers... but only one of them is correct? 
What have i done wrong
