Jane,
Non membranous organelles in a cell are:
Nucleus: contains chromatin and the regulatory center of the cell
Nucleolus: Located inside nucleus of the cell and is responsible for ribosomal RNA synthesis
Mitochondria: Powerhouse of the cell, located in cytoplasm and are responsible for respiration and ATP synthesis (energy production) and therefore, they are known as Powerhouse of the cell.
Golgi bodies: Protein transport and storage function, located in cytoplasm
Your text book would have detailed diagrams and micrographs from cells detailing their view along with description.
Hope this helps.
