are these two lines parallel perpendicular or neither -6x+7y=20, 6x-7y+9

please god help me

I just want to add that for two lines to be perpendicular, the product of their slopes equals -1.  As Kenneth pointed out, the slopes must be equal for the lines to be parallel.  Hence, the key to answering questions like this is to find and compare slopes.
