Use the distributive property! Then combine like terms (i.e. add up all terms involving x to get one term, and add up all terms involving x2, thus getting the final answer (two terms).
Remember that a negative times a negative is a positive, etc. YOU CAN DO THIS!

= -3x(x) - 3x(-4) -2x(x) - 2x(3)
As you multiply those out,
Same signs multiply to positive;
Opposite signs multiply to negative
+(+) = +
-(-) = -
(-)(+) = -
(+(-) = -
