A rectangular box can hold 750 toothpicks. If it's length width and height doubled in all dimensions how many toothpicks could it hold

I know i got the question wrong so all I want to know is what the actual answer was and how. Thank you!

Hi Kiki, double one dimension, doubles the answer. Double two dimensions, multiplies the answer by four. Double three dimensions, multiplies the answer by eight.

 

This becomes: 2 * 2 * 2, or 2³, which equals 8.
