round/estimate 6th grade math

Question

There were 6.19 liters of solution B available in science lab. Bob used 0.37 of that amout. By rounding to the greatest place, estimate how many liters of solution B he used.

answers are;

A) 0.24L B) 2.4L C) 0.024L D)24 L

 

Am I missing something?

For guesstimating he used 1/3 of 6 liters. 2/3 remained, or 2 liters.
