Find the slope of a line perpendicular to given line - Show Work Please

y = -5/2x

To find the perpendicular line, we find the negative inverse of the slope. That is,
If m = a/b, then ⊥m = -b/a
So first we flip it; that so far gives us -2/5
Then we also flip the signs. Since the sign is negative, that means it's now positive, giving us 2/5.
