What is the probabilty that the person chosen lives in his or her own place?

It looks like a straightforward discrete probability distribution question. 

 

Each of the ages have a specific probability for living on their own, so you should be able to add the probabilities (0.02 + 0.06 + 0.07 + 0.18) and you get 0.33.  You have a 33% chance of selecting a person that lives in his or her own place.
