A restaurant has a total of 30 employees. There are 14 employees who work in the evening and the rest work during the day. What is the ratio of the number of employees who work in the evening to number of employees during the day?

If 14 out of 30 work in the evening, the 30 - 14 = 16 work during the day

 

The ratio of employees working evenings to days is 14:16 or 7:8
