so total marks of 6 student who received 100 =100 * 6=600

 

so marks of  students whose maximum marks are not 100 = 2175-600=1575

 

seven students each received a score of 60

so total marks of 7 student who received 60=7*60= 420

 

so marks of students whose maximum marks are not 100 and not 70= 1575-420=1155

 

so remaining students are= 25-6-7=12

 

Average = 1155/12=96.25
