this is phrase and not sentence

• 3(5b-2) this is algebric translation from english

but i write it in this form 3*(5b)-2 so my answer is wrong how can we sure that this
bracket is for 5b and 2 because problem states that 3 of product of 5and b so 3*(5b) how my answer is wrong

 

• second doubt how can we write in english 3(5b)-2 this algebric

expression and explain me how that english phrases leads to construct
expression

I do not know why your answer is wrong. I would write it the same way.

product of 5 and b: 5b

thrice product:       3(5b)    [* is not usually used, use parenthesis)

reduced by 2:        3(5b) - 2
