According to the way that you have written the problem, the problem is (2^4x)(10^-6)

which can be evaluated as (2⁴)^x ÷ 10⁶ = 

16^x /1,000,000.

 

If you intended something else, i.e. if the x should not have been in the exponent but rather was intended to be a multiplication symbol, you should simply have written 2 to the 4th, times 10 to the negative six, which would be 16•0.000001 or 0.000016
