Although, out of your choices, 37.5% is the best, understand that it is inaccurate!!!!

 

There are some cases, it is not appropriate to just subtract.

 

Not less than does NOT mean greater than.....it means greater than or equal to.

Not winning does not mean losing....it means losing or getting a tie.

If a number is not even....it doesn't have to be odd....1/2 is not even, but it's not odd either!

 

So just be careful.

3/8 = 0.375

0.375 = 37.5%
