One rotation of the pulley pulls 201 cm of cable.
This cable would be winding around the circumference of the pulley (which I assume to be circular)
Circumference = pi times diameter.
201 = 3.14d
dividing both sides by 3.14,
201/3.14 = 64 cm diameter
