It's Venn diagram work. As I suggested, draw the three circles so that they overlap somewhat; begin at the intersection of all 3 circles, and work outwardly, putting numbers in the 7 various distinct areas. For example, since there are 2 Art & Band, but you already have 1 in the "all 3 categories", that means you can only put 1 in that region where A & B overlap and which does not include any part of circle D. You need to consult your textbook or other available material!
