A rectangular prism is sliced by a plane. The plane is diagonal to the base and goes through the opposite corners of the rectangle. What is the shape of the cross section? Select all that apply.

Drawing a rectangular prism.  Draw a line segment connect the opposite corners of the rectangle.  When the plane slices the prism it intersects two adjacent sides.  Draw a point along of the height height of the prism and connect that point to each corner of the rectangle.  You should see a right triangle.  So without knowing the choices I would say a right triangle.
