Let's simplify the fractions.
Let's note that 3 x 4 =12. Therefore (1/3)(4/4) is 4/12, and (3/4)(3/3)=9/12
Perimeter=2(18 4/12 + 14 9/12)
Perimeter=2(32 13/12)
Perimeter=2(33 1/12)
Perimeter=66 2/12
Perimeter=66 1/6
