One (4,3) oughta do it. :-)
Anyway, you have a line with slope = -1/3. A line perpendicular to that has to have slope that's the negative reciprocal, or 3.
So we have a slope and a point. The line in point-slope form is
(y-3) = 3(x-4).
You can convert that to another form if you need to. Cheers!
