You are given the moles of Al and asked to solve for mass (grams or kg) of H2 gas.
First, use the coefficients of the balanced chemical equation to calculate moles of H2 produced:
6 mol Al (1 mol H2/2 mole Al) = 3 mol H2
Second, use the molar mass of H2 to convert moles of H2 to mass of H2:
3 mol H2 (2.014 g/mol H2) = 6.04 g of H2
