Well, I'll only help you IF YOU LEARN THE LESSON THAT I'M GIVING BELOW (since apparently you haven't learned it yet!).

First, "clear fractions" by multiplying both sides by 2, to kill off the one half factor; now 18 = h(h-7)
Distribute: 18 = h2 - 7h
Put all terms on one side:  0 = h2 -7h -18
Factor: 0 = (h-9)(h+2)
Use Zero Product Property to conclude that h = 9 or h = -2 (but neg. two is EXTRANEOUS)

WARNING: What you learn in Algebra MUST BE RETAINED because Algebra permeates all subsequent math classes!!

I appreciate your help, you just don't have to be a brat about me not getting back to you right away. I was having a problem with this one question out of the section for some reason, so I apologize for not remembering everything in my math class as well as carrying on with my daily routines and responsibilities. So Kenneth and Mark next time please just do not respond and all of our days will be better.
Sincerely,
Joe

Final comment to Joe: Since I'm 80 y.o. I cannot be called a brat, rightfully.  Codger, maybe.  Helpful, I should think.

One of my years does see a lot of people not aware of the importance of serious study habits, etc., so I try to warn those who will listen how to avoid long-term trouble in their mathematics studies through the years.
