No one can evaluate this case for you but consider what it meant to have separate and non-equal schools for white students and students of color.  What did the "separate but equal" clause really offer to these segments of society? What did Plessy vs. Ferguson mean regarding the education of the children? How did this impact society?  How did Plessy Vs. Ferguson influence other Supreme Court decisions?
