Hi Hala,
To me it looks like you've given us your topic prompt for a persuasive essay assignment. There is no right or wrong thesis statement. In fact, there could be many good thesis statements for this one prompt.
A thesis statement is a summary of the position you take. But before you choose your position, consider what facts, examples, and reasoning you will use to support your position. Then, you'll be able to write a thesis statement that works with the rest of your essay.
One more thing. Instead of broad thesis statements, I like to see statements that narrow the topic. Instead of "Internet use can help decrease teen suicide.", it's stronger to say "Teen suicide can be decreased when the internet is used to seek help."
Again, I can't tell you what your thesis statement should be. Use the examples and reasoning you come up with to tell you what your thesis statement should be.
I hope that helps.
