Math Probability question.

Choose 6 faces of a dice that would make a sum of 21.  For example 1+2+3+4+5+6=21.
The dice will be rolled 36 times.  What 6 faces would you choose to guarantee victory against all other combinations?
Note: Ties do not count as wins.

I suggest that you reword this to make it definitive & clear just what is the game (winning criterion).  Also, the singular is

die.

Winning would be rolling a higher number out of 36 rolls.  Basically having a higher percentage or win rate than other combinations.
