Battery acid has a pH of 1 while sodas have a pH of 2. Which is more acidic and how much more acidic is it?

Hi, how do I found the answers to my question. Obviously battery acid is more acidic but how do I proof it ? And show how much more acidic it is?

ph = -log[H+] 

 

since this is a log base 10 scale, a pH of 1 is ten times more acidic than a pH of 2. 

 

 

Mathematically,

 

we want the ratio of H+ of the two substances:

 

for each substance we can write  10^pH = -[H+]

 

Therefore the ratio of H+ for the two is 10^1/10^2 = 10.
