The data that you cite is confusing. The 'units' of the given data may not be right.
If 3.2 gallons of jet fuel (it's not 'gas') are consumed for each MILE PER HOUR OF speed WHEN ITS CONSTANT SPEED IS 563 MPH, then how would the other fact (150 miles) be used?
If, at constant speed of 563 mph the jet consumes 3.2 gallons of fuel each mile, then multiplying by 150 would tell you that480 gallons would be used to travel that distance. But that does not seem realistic.
