So...evidently 1 liter of dimes amounts to $350 (one half as many dimes, one half as much money).
Multiply these numbers by 3: 3 liters of dimes are worth 3(350) = $1,050.
REVISED: I zoned out on the QUARTERS aspect of the question. I withdraw this answer. Even if I knew the ratio of weight of 1 dime to weight of 1 quarter, I would not want to venture anything because the density of packing would be a further difficulty...as David W. suggests.
