Let say Rita has sent x messages, Ahmad y messages and Dale z messages.

the total is: x+y+z=102

Since Rita sent 6 more messages than Ahmad:

x=y+6

Since Dale sent 2 times as many as Ahmad:

z=2*y

we have then:

y+6+y+2*y=102  

 

6+4*y=102 

 

4*y=98 

 

y=96/4=24

x=30

z=48
