p is the number attending
budget: $750
80 + 16p ≤ 750 now solve for p
16p ≤ 750 - 80 = 670 divide by 16
p ≤ 41.9
Now since we can't have .9 of a person, at least not a live one, we can only allow 41 within the budget.
