    9/7 + x

2/3 - x   ⇒  1/3(2-3x)   

9/7 + x  ⇒ 1/7(7x + 9) 

 

1(2 - 3x) * 7

3(7x + 9)

 

Since 1/7 is the denominator of the denominator, it will come up and multiply with the numerator.

 

7(2-3x)  ⇒ 14-21x   

3(7x+9)     21x + 27

 

-21x + 14   OR  -1 +       41     

 21x + 27                  21x + 27
