Let's start with the first 2 conditions

This would mean N could be

6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24

 

The 3rd condition states N is a multiple of 3.  This would eliminate some of our possibilities since they're not all multiples of 3.

Leaving us with 

6 12 18 24

 

Now N ≠ 6

so we have to eliminate 6, leaving us with

12 18 24
