Here's one:

 

3 * 33 + 3/3

 

3 * 33 = 99

 

3/3 = 1

 

99 + 1 = 100

 

Here's another one:

 

3 * 3 * 3 * 3 + 3 * 3 + 3 * 3 + 3/3

 

3 * 3 * 3 * 3 = 81

 

3 * 3 = 9

 

3 * 3 = 9

 

3/3 = 1

 

81 + 9 + 9 + 1 = 100
