How do I write this to a consecutive integer word problem

the sum of three consecutive even integers is 78

you can't say odd integers because the sum of three odd integers is an odd integer (7+9+11=27)

x+x+2+x+4=78

3x+6=78

3x=78-6

3x=72

x=72/3

x=24

x+2=26

x+4=28
