Bar graph or Bar chart is a graphical display of data represented by bars of different heights but here data is qualitative such as number of biographical books published in different countries in a particular year or per capita income in countries/cities etc. The bars here are represented with a gap in between.
Frequency is rate, for instance you asked 100 people what they ate for their breakfast. Only 10 people said that they had eggs and other 90 said that they had cereal and milk. In this sample size frequency of egg eating people is 10%.
